Our Team

Our therapists are here to help you with whatever you are struggling with. View each therapist’s area of specialty, rate and biography. If you have any questions on who may be the best fit, please call us. A licensed therapist answers our phones and returns all calls promptly.

We specialize in Couples Therapy and relationships. Online or in-person. The difference between individual counseling and couples therapy is profound. It is imperative that your counselor be aware of these differences and have specialized training in couples therapy and EFT. EFT is arguably the most empirically founded model of couples therapy to date. Research demonstrates that 70% of couples who complete EFT recover from marital distress, and 90% have significant improvement. Even with specialized training, it is important to find the therapist that’s right for you or your relationship. It is our mission to find you the right therapist. If it’s not with us, we are well connected and happy to provide referrals in the community.

I strive to create a therapeutic environment that is warm, affirming, relaxed and safe for everyone I have the opportunity to work with. I specialize in trauma therapy however I recognize that everyone’s journey is unique so I pull from several different treatment modalities and cater them to meet you where you are and work towards your personal goals. In addition to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT, TF-CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic and traditional trauma therapies, I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help reframe distressing memories, and I often incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy to assist you in understanding and harmonizing the different parts of yourself. These modalities can open new pathways to healing and self-discovery.

Healing and growth takes place in the context of relationships – in our relationship with ourselves, and with others. Unfortunately, our relationships can become distant, disconnected and full of conflict, leaving us with unmet needs and just feeling “stuck.” I help both couples and individuals explore their story and experiences, helping them work through some of the hard things in a way that moves them towards a deeper sense of wholeness and connection – with themselves and with each other. I’ve completed level 3 training in the Gottman Method and I’m an EMDR trained clinician. If you’re ready to move towards growth, healing and connection, please reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if we might be a good fit for working together.

Hi! I’m Dorian, and I’m so glad you found me. I’m a therapist who believes that healing happens in safe, trusting relationships. Together, we’ll create space for you to explore and fully feel your emotions, using gentle somatic and experiential approaches to help you reconnect with your true self. I also support couples in reconnecting and understanding their conflict cycle through Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). We work together to have more vulnerable conversations so you can feel confident navigating conflict and make more room for closeness and connection. When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll find me hiking, camping, running, or rafting—doing all the Colorado things with my family and our pup, Roo.
