Kristina, owner of Denver Integrated Therapies, also leads a group practice specializing in couples therapy and relationship counseling, with locations throughout the Denver metro area. Wolfe Counseling specifically focuses on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples.
The difference between individual counseling and couples therapy is significant, making it essential to work with a therapist who understands these distinctions and has specialized training in couples therapy and EFT. EFT is widely recognized as one of the most empirically supported models of couples therapy available today. Research shows that approximately 70% of couples who complete EFT recover from relationship distress, while 90% experience significant improvement in their relationship satisfaction.
Even with specialized training, finding the right therapist for you and your relationship is an important part of the process. Our mission is to help connect you with the therapist who best fits your needs. If that therapist is not with our practice, we are well connected within the community and are always happy to provide trusted referrals.

Jungian analysis is a method of psychotherapy developed by the Swiss psychiatrist, Carl Jung. In this method, we believe the unconscious holds the potential for the development of one’s individual uniqueness, spirituality, and wholeness. This therapy utilizes analyzing dreams, interpreting symbolic material, exploring personal/collective complexes (shadow work), and paying attention to bodily symptoms. This work helps the client make conscious the unconscious patterns that interfere with healthy relationships, meaningful living, and creative development. This is more than treating symptoms, it is a path of psychological and spiritual deepening.
